Description

Client is a U.S. global manufacturer of consumer products for residential and commercial building applications. They have been in business for many years and are growing quickly in both U.S. and international markets. As a result of this growth they require a Sales Executive based in Monterrey who will develop and grow their retail business throughout Mexico.


Requirements

Candidates must have the following background and experience to be considered:
* University Degree - preferably Business or Marketing.
* Bi-lingual - English/Spanish.
* Minimum 2 current years selling consumer products to the retail market ( home centers, mass murchantizers, deep discount retail stores, specialty retail stores, etc.).
* Contacts and experience selling to Home Depot, Wal-Mart, Soriana, Construrama, Comercial Americana and other consumer retail channels.
* Experience managing a Country P&L, establishing sales and profit objectives, margin requirements and expense controls.
* Must be self starter with strong leadership and communication skills.
* Must be able to travel frequently throughout Mexico and to the U.S. for training, new product introductions and sales meetings.
