It's a Global Program for young talents with leadership skills. The program develops your ability working 24 months in different areas within the company including other countries.
JUMP allows participate in seminaries and courses with the objective to encourage your leadership skills, decision making and team work.

Requirements |
Responsibilities:
Research, analyze, design, identify and facilitate process improvements.
Project management
Investigate and solve complex problems by documenting solutions and transferring key knowledge to the company.
Experience:
Up to 5 years (max) of working experience
Leading teams, projects, task forces.
Foreign experience (work experience, internship, professional studies)
University studies technical or scientific field, completed with an above- average masters, MBA or doctorate degree) Finance.
Extra university activity (such as coach, team player)
Excellent English skills
