Description

Comverse is seeking a Jr. Account Manager to serve as the customer's 'Trusted Partner' and manage the relationship with the customer. Interested candidates will be responsible for overall product sales targets and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

Develop intimate knowledge and understanding of customer environment, needs and solutions
Take part in customer's strategic planning process
Orchestrate the work of Product sales specialists and Services sales, within context of agreed Comverse plan for the customer
Provide quality and innovative solutions to the customer Create and generate demand for the entire Comverse portfolio
Lead the deal process, negotiation and closure
Research and analyze the customer's business needs, identifying opportunities for improvement
Involve customer in Comverse account plan development
Aggressive problem solving attitude
Ensure Comverse delivers on all commitments
Meeting sales targets for the Global Account (bookings, revenues, collections)
Growth of bookings from new business initiatives (new products, new customers)


Requirements

Required Skills:

Strong presentation and negotiation skills
Enthusiastic personality, self- motivated, entrepreneur
High communication and inter-personal skills
Assertiveness and responsiveness
Ability to identify customer needs and tailor solutions (business wise)
Experienced sales person mandatory at least 3 years experience , more desirable, preferably in the telecommunication markets, with international sales experience
Experience in presales/ project management of large network-based systems
Engineering background is a plus
Fluent English
