JOB DESCRIPTION:

We are seeking a Desktop Support Analyst to join our IT Organization located in Delicias, Mexico. This person will provide hardware, software, and connectivity support for end users as well as troubleshoot problems and questions on a variety of platforms and applications. The Desktop Support Analyst will represent IT as the second point of contact to end-users as well as assist other IS staff in processing department requests for moving, installing, and changing computer and network equipment. This individual will be based at our Delicias, Mexico location with regular exposure to an international team.


Requirements

REQUIREMENTS:
Two or four year degree in Information Technology or related field.
2-4 years experience supporting PC hardware/software in a large organization including strong PC and peripherals maintenance, deployment, and installation skills.
Ability to troubleshoot in-person and remotely.
Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast paced environment with minimal supervision.
Strong MS Office, XP, 2000 and Vista experience.
Knowledge of troubleshooting for TCP/IP networking and wireless connectivity required; troubleshooting of Active Directory, SAP, Remedy, and SMS software deployment a plus.
Excellent customer service and communication skills a must.
Bilingual in English and Spanish, including the ability to speak fluently in conversational English.
